Photo Sessions 
I believe photography is much more than just a click; it’s about capturing emotions, telling stories, and freezing moments in time. To achieve this, I work closely with my clients to understand their vision and ensure their ideas come to life in every setting.
Whether it’s portrait sessions, striking fashion shots, unforgettable family photos, product photography, or creative projects, I’m dedicated to bringing your vision to reality. Each session is tailored to your needs and preferences. We listen to your ideas and collaborate closely to bring your vision to life.

The initial duration of the service depends on the number of photos; this is displayed and automatically adjusted during the booking as additional photos are added. 

You can add additional photos for a fee, and the price for additional photos during the booking process will be calculated at €7 per photo. This will automatically add extra time depending on the number of photos.

During the session, clients can change outfits as many times as they want, provided that they do not exceed the designated duration for the session.

After the photo session, additional photos can be purchased for €10 per edited photo.

The maximum number of people in the studio photo session is 6 people.

The date will be reserved with a deposit payment of €30.

The deposit payment represents the client's agreement with the terms and conditions below.

The remaining balance will be paid immediately after the photo session.

The client will receive an online gallery with all photos to choose from which ones they want to have retouched.

After the client's selection, the chosen photos will be retouched for color/light/shadow correction, in the photographer's style (see gallery), and the final version will be delivered as JPEG files, available for download, in HD resolution (3000px on the long side), within 10 working days from the date of selection.

Photo retouching does not include manipulations such as adding/removing persons or objects or altering the appearance of the individuals.

Prints are not included but can be provided for an additional cost.

The deadline for downloading JPEG files or collecting printed photos is a maximum of 30 days from the completion date.

The client is responsible for downloading/collecting them within this period.

No photos other than those selected by the client will be delivered.

No formats other than JPEG will be delivered, and unretouched photos will not be provided.

All prints/materials, other than JPEG files, must be picked up from the studio address or shipped to the client's address (for a cost of €10).

If the client cancels the contract more than 3 days before the reserved date, they are entitled to a refund of the deposit already made.

If the client cancels the contract 3 days or less before the event, the penalty for this breach of contract is the forfeiture of the deposit.

If the client cancels on the day of the event, the penalty for this breach includes both the forfeiture of the deposit and the obligation to pay the full remaining balance agreed upon in this contract. The balance must be paid no later than the date of the canceled event.

If the client can prove that the event was canceled due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, hospitalization, etc.), the remaining balance will not be collected.

If the photographer cancels the contract, either for personal reasons or due to circumstances beyond their control, they are required to refund the entire deposit received.

Rescheduling is possible for personal reasons or reasons beyond the client's control up to 1 day before the session, without any penalty.

The client must inform the photographer in writing (an email is sufficient).

Rescheduling on the day of the photo session is not permitted. The penalty for this breach of contract is the forfeiture of the deposit.

If the client can prove that the event was rescheduled due to force majeure situations (measures, natural disasters, hospitalization, etc.), the remaining balance will not be charged.

If the photographer reschedules the photo session, whether for personal reasons or reasons beyond their control, the client has the right to refuse the new date if it is not suitable, and the photographer is obliged to refund the deposit in full.

The photographer reserves the right to use the photographs for promotional purposes, including on their website and social media platforms.

If the client disagrees with the photographer's right to use the photographs for promotional purposes, the photographer must be informed via email before the photo session.

This contract serves as a foundational document, defining the terms of a transaction or relationship and ensuring clarity and accountability for both parties. It also acts as a mechanism for risk management and dispute resolution.

*The personal information collected by the Service Provider when placing an order (email address, phone number, address, etc.) is intended solely for managing its customer base and, specifically, for tracking bookings to ensure the proper execution of the ordered service.

The Service Provider is committed to not disclosing this information to third parties under any circumstances.
